Ok, so as promised... here's some pics of my newly painted livingroom. My girls and i got together last weekend and painted the livingroom, diningroom and kitchen. It looks awesome (special thanks to my mom for helping me pick colors... muchly appreciated). I haven't yet had the energy to take a picture of the new kitchen color so you'll just have to take my word that it looks much better. It's amazing what a little splash of color on the walls can do - the house feels so much cozier.
Here's the before picture... the walls are a dull green color. Depending on what way the light hits it, it's either a nice sage kinda color or it's a gray color that makes the room feel cold.
Here's the new livingroom... definately much warmer feeling. I have a few sewing projects that have to be completed now to make the room color-coordinated, but it's all good!
